Throughout my time at Penn State I have had the chance to really develop my skills as an artist, by choosing to double-major in Art Education and BFA Ceramics. This gave me the chance to add many additional studio credits to my course load to really figure out who I am as an artist and develop skills and techniques that I can use in my own classroom. Primarily working in ceramics, I also have interests in photography, drawing and painting, along with glassblowing.
So far my work has been seen in multiple shows, but my most exciting show, was my solo senior exhibition where I was able to display my artwork along with my art education work to show how I am trying to bridge the gap between the two. During grad school at Moore College of Art and Design I was able to really define my body of artwork. Through new techniques and processes I finally brought my 'doodle's' to life. I will continue to make work and commissions for work in my new studio! Contact me for more information and pricing! |
